At G.H.BASS, we take pride in our heritage of craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package the Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected inside a shipping carton.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
